Product Doesn’t Work

I’m still waiting for a refund or information on when you’re going to send me a new 1 as it’s not pairing and doesn’t work

Hi Carl,

We have replied to you and organised for a replacement to be sent to you. I will try contacting you again at the email address we have on file.

Kind regards,

The sound is loud,it’s sensitive.
I don’t like a bit, because it is slipping of.

Hi Lelde,

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear the alarm is too sensitive and slipping. I will email you directly so we can help you find a solution.

Kind regards,
Amanda Latimer

Excellent

My 5 year old son was dry through the night within 5 weeks of using this alarm! After never have been dry before ever.

It’s ok

The alarm goes off pretty easily so we’ve had to put padding around it. It’s frustrating to have it go off in the middle of the night when my child hasn’t wet the bed. It’s been 6 weeks and we haven’t noticed any results yet. We’ll keep persisting. We used a wee alarm mat for our older child and it worked well.

Could not recommend this product. The on/off switch is the main issue

The on/off switch is too stiff, too small, and too sharp for my child to turn off and on again.
The alarm doesn't wake my child, though he is a heavy sleeper.
Could not recommend

Hi Brian, thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the issues you experienced. Deep Sleepers require assistance to wake to the alarm. I will contact you about providing a full refund.

Kind regards,
